1. Who we are
AgentOffense (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website agentoffense.com. We are the data controller for personal data processed through this website. You can contact us at hi@agentoffense.com or by post at our offices in North Port, Florida (USA) and Wrocław (Poland).
2. What data we collect
We only collect what we genuinely need:
- Contact enquiries: when you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, company (optional) and your message, together with the page you submitted from, your IP address and a timestamp (used to prevent spam and abuse).
- Server logs: our web server records standard technical information (IP address, browser type, requested URLs and timestamps) for security and troubleshooting.
- Essential cookies: see the Cookies section below. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
3. How we use your data and our legal basis
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss and deliver the services you ask about. Our legal bases under the GDPR are your consent, the steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to you and running a secure website (Article 6(1)(a), (b) and (f)). We do not use your data for marketing without your consent, and we never sell it.
4. Cookies
This website uses only strictly necessary cookies required for it to function and stay secure — for example a session cookie and a security (anti-CSRF) token when you submit the contact form, and a small preference that remembers you have seen our cookie notice. We do not set advertising, profiling or third-party analytics cookies. Because only essential cookies are used, no prior consent is required; our cookie notice is informational.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share it only with service providers that help us operate this website (such as our hosting provider), acting as processors under appropriate agreements, or where we are required to do so by law.
6. How long we keep it
We keep contact enquiries only for as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting engagement, after which they are deleted. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes.
7. International transfers
Your data is hosted on our infrastructure located in the European Union. Where any transfer outside the European Economic Area is involved, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by the GDPR.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability.
